We want you to be completely satisfied with your ShipSignal subscription. If you're not happy with our service for any reason, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your purchase.

No questions asked. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund promptly.

Eligible Purchases

Our refund policy applies to:

  • Annual Subscriptions: Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase.
  • Lifetime Access: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at support@shipsignal.ai with your request
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Let us know the reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After the 14-Day Period

After the initial 14-day period, refunds are generally not available. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of this window, please contact us and we'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel:

  • You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 14-day guarantee period

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any issues with your purchase. Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended. We're committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly.
